I have DOOM III still sealed, sold computer day I bought it. I also have a coupon for Half Life 2 when released.

Actually it's a toss up between Doom 3 and Half Life 2, so I will probably get Doom 3 now, Half Life 2 next (Have had it on reserve for almost a year now!) and Quake 4 must be comming out eventually because I've got wallpaper on one of my PC Gamer CD's!
