| I just think the camero would have done alot better if it did look like the 68. The camero they came out with is already selling 10 grand under sticker. Wich as a ford fan, i'm glad they didn't make it look like the 68 because then i'd see them everywhere! I live near the nc/va line, north of winston-salem and i've only seen 3 or 4 on the road. a guy has one that lives a couple miles from me but overall i see very few of them. |

| I'll have to agree with you on that I don't think Chevys goal was to make the camaro old school looking but they were tryin to make it look more modern and futuristic. But don't count chevy outta the race becuase we still got the corvette zr2 which is mostly all carbon and on top of thhat the ls9 supercharged engine cranks out 638 horsepower! |

| And ford makes this 412 hp with a sohc 5.0 engine. much smaller than the humongous 6.2 in the camero. They also will be putting this 5.0 in mustangs like the shelby, with dohc with around 750hp. You can now get a super snake with 800hp! What does chevy have for that? |

| I think dodge and ford did an excellent job with the charger, challenger, and mustang in making their cars closely resemble the old-school cars. I think chevy missed their mark by a million miles with the camero. It does NOT resemble the 68-69 camero (wich was my understanding was their goal) Same thing with the gto. Most of the chevy fans i know agree with me on this but everyone is entitled to their opinion. I think the 2011 stang with its new 5.0-412 hp is going to be faster than the camero because it weighs 600 pounds less. |

| I didn't know they quit making the Lincoln truck! But why does gm make 2 trucks and call one a gmc and the other a silverado? I know it was the same with lincoln and ford but the lincoln was like a luxury truck. Both the chevy and gmc are available from plain-jane trucks to fully loaded. BTW, ford stock rose $2.50 this week. I tried to check chevy,gm and gmc stock...guess what!!!!! lol |

| but then, if lincoln didnt make a truck, ford truck sales would be higher! lol All manufacturers have made bad cars. the escort,exp,tempo,pinto(one of the ugliest cars ever)and the chevette,citation,the nova 2, gremilin(amc) and so on. its a trial and error thing. The difference is ford has put billions of dollars in r&d in the last few years and its showing. |

| ford sales include ford,lincoln,mercury. Gm sales include GMC, Chevrolet, cadilac,pontiac,buick. so when you add them all together, ford outsold gm in februrary. (for the first month in 15 years) But ford trucks have outsold chevy trucks 33 years in a row. Ford cars have outsold chevy cars for 28 years in a row.(cars that have chevrolet wrote on them and have a bowtie) This isnt talking about lincoln,mercury,gmc,cadilac,pontiac,buick,ect. |
